The Harlem Blues and Jazz Band

I photographed the Harlem Blues and Jazz Band last night for Frederick Community College.  I hope I have that kind of energy when I'm getting up in years, and I sure wish I had that mind of musical ability.  Great talent and an excellent performance.

Destination Frederick Cover

I was assigned once again by Jean Peterson Design to shoot the cover photo for the 2011 Destination Frederick publication, for the Tourism Council of Frederick County.  Speaking of the TCFC, the brand new visitors center at 151 S. East Street in Frederick is fantastic!  As State Senator David Brinkley pointed out during grand opening ceremonies this past weekend, it is a destination in and of itself with a movie theater, interactive displays, and a wealth of information about local attractions and Frederick County history.  It's definitely worth a visit whether you're passing through Frederick County or simply a resident.
